After more than one year’s of contact and several rounds of negotiation, China National Instruments Import & Export (Group) Corporation (Instrimpex) and Tyco Healthcare International Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Tyco Healthcare) had finally reached an agreement on jointly developing distribution business.
Tyco Healthcare is one of the global leaders in healthcare industry, and is the major provider of medical equipment and one-off products, owning many popular brands in the circle, like Kendall, Valleylab, Autosuture, Syneture, Puritan, Bennett, Nellcor, Mallinckrodt, LF and Optiray.
The joint program will expand Instrimpex’s distribution business, enrich Instrimpex’s products line, increase Instrimpex’s market influence, and all in all extend its market share.
