Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and its all previous plenary sessions, and implement the decisions and plans of Genertec. Upholding and reinforcing the Party's overall leadership, being firm in the general principle of pursuing progress while ensuring stability, and implementing full, accurate, and comprehensive application of the new development philosophy, we are devoted to creating a new development paradigm, strengthening strategic guidance, serving the national strategy. Efforts should be made to strengthen innovation drive, to promote "three chains" layout, to intensify comprehensive budget management, to deepen benchmarking and first-class management, and to propel mechanism reform systematically, so that the sustainable development  of the company can be achieved. We call for concrete actions to set the stage for the 20th National Congress of the CPC.
